The God Twosh
UK blasphemy laws were rationalised a couple of years ago. The general idea being that they can't get you for it any more. Unfortunately some people who take offence at 'blasphemy' (it has to be in quotes now because it's no longer a legitimate complaint and may be considered as a candidate for archaism in English) managed a successful prosecution of somebody who'd offended them. But all is not lost - there's a side-effect because of the way the case was prosecuted. You too can sue for blasphemy and somebody has thoughtfully provided a deity made to order for just that purpose. Use it wisely.
